Thermal power plants remain one of the main sources environmental pollution. The deterioration quality traditional carbon-containing energy resources leads to need develop technologies for co-combustion biofuel and coal at small large plants. paper proposes concept using solid waste from tire recycling by adding composition mixed fuel “coal – wood waste” as a substitute slag, which is formed during utilization worn-out tires pyrolysis. aim work was determine possibility increasing calorific value pellets co-firing with pyrolysis slag instead without burden on environment. At same time, following tasks have been set: lowest combustion heat fuels assess its change when replacing slag; moisture content, total sulfur volatile matter yield, ash content according standard methods; in these parameters component ratios; optimal ratios components fuels, will not increase environment slag. It has determined that results an 37–45 %, decrease 37–42 yield substances. increases 5.6–18 %. use cleaning equipment recommended order reduce emission dioxide. research make it possible substantiate certain components.
